Right now I am in the middle of a huge clean out in my creative room. It always helps me being organized keeping the clutter low. I don´t like it when things get to cramped and my eyes have to wander through the room all the time. So I decided to say good-bye to many things I don´t use anymore. I threw out a lot and put the stuff on ebay to have it sold - even furniture. Most of it is done already and I have loads of room I won´t fill anymore. This feels good. Everything I need is inside of me is my new mantra.

I´m almost done with the biggest stuff so I gave myself a tiny break doing some drawing. I wanted to use summer colours and thought of ice-cream. Out popped a pattern of lollipops who fit the colours quiet well.

Have a lovely saturday evening.

Good day to all of you out there, you lovely ones!
A couple of days ago I read an interesting article in a magazine. It was about siblings and how big the influence is between them while growing up together. It even has an impact on the later choice of partners. Unfortunately we often don´t worship our brothers and sisters the way they should be cherished for everything they do for us deep down in our souls. For this I made a pattern of brothers and sisters today. I dedicate this one to all the brothers and sisters out there & especially to my brother who is only 11 month older than me. I´ll write him a thank-you-note today.

Have a wonderful and inspiring day.
Lots of love,

Yesterday evening I did some black and white drawings. Just plain lines (a lot) in a row, some flowers and stems in whimsical design. I didn´t know what to do with it and thought of saving it for later. One hour later a picture with dishes in blue found my attraction. Things mused together und suddenly I had my idea. A picture with blue blossoms, plain and simple in a nordic style.

I love the round circles with the tiny dots around so much. I think I need to do another picture just with them. That will be my next project, I guess.
Bye for now and have a blue blossomy day,

I truly love drawing chakras. It´s so meditating and makes me feel calm, relaxed and centered. Sometimes in a while I feel like designing a pattern with chakra-looking wheels. This time I was drawn to a lovely colour combinations with lime yellow, fresh grass green, esmerald green, plum purple, orange juice yellow and indian yellow.

Have a wonderful sunday again.

Beside my being as a designer I am also a conscious coach & therapist. Mainly I work with humans who want to find their true inner potential to build a well-balanced personality.
One of my passion is the support for parents and their kids. Being conscious in education is one of the basic steps while raising kids. Often parents carry pain in their own hearts of their childhood and/or older entanglements. This can be a barriere to the way of an open heart for their own kids. The kids often feel this boundness of their parents and build up symptoms to show the parents that something is in a wrong order in the family system.

For this coaching offer I designed a picture for my flyer. I wanted to show a family with lots of love among them on a photograph hanging on a wall as a lovely reminder.

In about three weeks my flyers will be printed. Ready for their journey to go to day-care-centers, kindergartens and schools hopefully reaching loads and lots of parents.

If my offer touches you as a parent please feel free to contact me. There is the possibility to get a coaching via skype. I´d love to hear from you.
Bye for now,

Mostly on weekends I love baking my own bread. Nothing beats the wonderful smell that comes with it. Since I´m vegan plus wheat-intolerant I use spelt as one of the baking basics.
In Italy spelt is called farro and I think it sounds rocky somehow.

This time I tried my own focaccia and used lovely tomatoes and italian herbs with the plain dough.

Here´s my recipe for this fruity, juicy bread.
350g spelt flour (I grinded my own flour in my grain mill)
1 p. dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
250 ml warm water
2 handfull little tomatoes
1 tablespoon italian herbs
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

I combined the flour with the yeast and the water and beat it all with the hand mixer. Last but not least I beat the salt in and let the dough stand in the bowl for one hour.
After that I preheat my oven on 180°C and put a baking paper on a baking sheet. I wet my hands slightly and took the dough out of the bowl forming a ball. Then I put the dough on the sheed and made it´s surface look like a flatted bread.
At the end I cut each tomatoe in half and stuck every single one onto the top of the bread. The herbs and sesame seeds got a nice place on top of the tomatoes. I backed the bread for 30 minutes in the oven. After a nice cool-down I served slices of it with a dip of salted olive oil to my family. Yummy.
It´s so simple and still so tasty.
Have a wonderful day,
